Sandvik Camarillo is seeking a Production Development Support Specialist to play a pivotal role in launching new products and optimizing production processes.

What You'll Do:

As a key member of our development team, you'll:

• Assist in the development, testing, and validation of new products and manufacturing processes.
• Support engineering and production teams in prototype builds and pilot runs.
• Collect and analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, or quality issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including work instructions, test results, and process changes.
• Help implement process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical support during production ramp-up.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Train and develop operator knowledge and workmanship.

What You Bring:

• High School Diploma and 2+ years of experience in manufacturing assembly.
• Experience in production environment focused on process improvement, quality control, product lifecycle and development projects.
• Experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and root-causing manufacturing equipment.
• Good understanding of manufacturing principles.
• Fosters an environment that welcomes and encourages new and innovative design concepts, inventions, patents, and opportunities for product improvements.
• Proven success in communication, collaboration and project management
