We are now looking for a customer-focused Parts Specialist to join our Technical Support Desk team. This is a permanent position in Tampere, Finland.
You are a member of the Technical Services team supporting the Surface Drill Rigs globally. The work consists of a wide range of daily support tasks blended with forward looking planning and definition activities. Development of tools and processes is a solid part of the teamโs mindset too. Supporting the wide fleet of machines requires navigation in various systems, problem solving skills and collaboration. In this role you have a great opportunity to work closely with product support, engineering, sourcing, pricing, and logistics teams โ just to name a few. Success in this role also requires active communication with key stakeholders worldwide.
You have a suitable degree in technology or equivalent and some work experience in relevant business. Experience in the heavy machinery or mining business is highly valued. As you work in a global environment you need to be fluent in English. Experience with Siemens Teamcenter, SAP and Salesforce is also valued.
You have a passion for excellent customer service, and you can easily establish and maintain a good network of contacts with your natural communication and teamwork skills across cultural boundaries. You are curious to learn new and think out of the box.
