About Your Job

In this role, you work across several key HR areas – including recruitment, compensation and benefits, training, organizational development and employee relations. You support both strategic and operational initiatives, acting as a trusted advisor to leaders and teams. A key part is to advocate for HR programs, communicate their business values and ensure smooth rollouts to minimize business disruption. You also collaborate closely with talent management and staffing teams on initiatives such as workforce planning, succession planning and high-potential development.

Your Profile

We're looking for someone with several years of experience within HR and a strong background in core HR areas – preferably in a production or industrial environment. You have worked with topics such as organizational change, leadership support, salary reviews, succession planning and talent development. You're fluent in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.

You're a confident communicator, skilled at leading complex HR topics with clarity and integrity. You're flexible, solution-oriented, agile and able to adjust to change. While you work independently and take initiative, you're also a collaborative team player who takes responsibility for shared outcomes. You write clearly and effectively, with a talent for crafting impactful HR communication.
