Assessment of the effectiveness of service projects implementation (preparation of business cases for the implementation of service projects)
Economic justification of service projects for the client (formation of commercial proposals in the form of economic calculations and participation in negotiations with clients on the agreement of the cost of service services)
Participation in the formation of service department budgets in the part of service projects (budget of sales, expenses, and investments)
Collection and processing of primary information for the subsequent formation of analytical reports on the results of the service department activities (service projects) on a monthly basis
Control of the execution of service project budgets (plan-fact analysis)
Provision of monthly comments and recommendations to the company's management for decision-making on the improvement of service project implementation works
Preparation of analytical reporting formats and participation in the development of procedures for more effective control of the implementation of service contracts
Participation in monthly meetings on the results of the company's activities with the provision of reports on the results of the service projects (financial part)
Performance of one-time assignments for providing the necessary information to the internal and external management of the company
Preparation of tender documentation and participation in tenders for the conclusion of service contracts (in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan)
Requirements:
Higher education in the field of economics or finance
Experience of working as a business analyst from 5 years
Confident mastery of Office 365 programs (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.), deep knowledge of Excel, confident work with Power BI; experience of working with corporate information systems
Good understanding of financial indicators and budgeting principles
Ability to justify proposals and explain calculations not only with numbers, but also with business logic
Skills of interfunctional interaction, ability to build constructive communication
Proficiency in English at the level of not less than Intermediate (written and oral)
