We're looking for a Technical Account Manager for our Automotive customers to join our dynamic team and play a key role in shaping the future of manufacturing solutions.

Your mission as a Technical Account Manager Auto is to drive commercial success by aligning automotive customer needs with our Total Solutions Offer. You lead the full sales cycle, grow strategic accounts, and collaborate with technical experts to deliver high-impact solutions. Focused on value creation, you strengthen existing partnerships, explore new opportunities—including in growth markets and newly acquired companies—and ensure seamless project execution. All while delivering the Ultimate Customer Experience and advancing our digital and sustainability goals.

This role puts you at the forefront of Manufacturing Wellness—helping customers cut waste, boost efficiency, and embrace smart, sustainable manufacturing. Location of the successful candidate is within the territory of Hungary.

Key Responsibilities

You collaborate across functions to deliver tailored Total Solution Offers that meet customer needs. By preparing thoroughly for customer interactions and aligning with pricing strategies, you ensure effective negotiations and long-term partnerships. You maintain accurate CRM data, continuously develop your technical and strategic knowledge, and act as an ambassador for innovation and future technologies. Your role bridges technical and commercial teams to ensure seamless delivery, all while upholding our core values and quality standards.

  • Execute account development strategies (Maintain, Strengthen, Develop) based on deep customer insight.
  • Analyze customer needs and pain points to create tailored Account and Customer Value Plans.
  • Collaborate with customers to improve productivity and efficiency (Manufacturing Wellness).
  • Demonstrate added value through documented savings (Customer Value Files).

Build and maintain strong, trust-based customer relationships. Promote a holistic, sustainable approach to manufacturing using data, automation, and innovation. Manage opportunities and market insights in CRM (Dynamics 365). Maintain accurate sales pipelines and support forecasting, budgeting, and target setting. Deliver expected business and financial outcomes for assigned accounts.

Your Profile

You bring 5–7 years of experience in sales management, ideally within engineering cutting tools or manufacturing processes, supported by a solid understanding of business administration and project management. With a degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering, Economics, or related fields—or comparable practical experience—you have a proven track record of delivering strong results, managing complex industrial customer relationships, and negotiating commercial terms. You are a results-driven professional who delivers tailored, customer-centric solutions, aligning customer and company goals through persuasive communication and strategic thinking. You adapt effectively to diverse situations, leverage digital tools and data to manage pipelines and drive value in digital machining, and apply deep product and technical knowledge to meet evolving customer needs. Fluent in English and the native language of your assigned territory, you thrive in international environments and are committed to continuous learning and development. You need to be an active driver. Travels within the assigned territory are part of the job.
