Lead and develop the commercial relationship with clients, through teamwork and the offering of the SRP product line in a package form, with the aim of being the best provider.
Present action plans, vision, and objectives for each client, with the aim of being able to increase market participation.
Follow up and collaborate in the tasks of collections and reduction of operational costs.
Negotiate contracts with participation in adjustments and new contracts.
Collaborate with the regional manager of SRP in the elaboration of strategies that improve the level of billing and profitability of the business.
Ensure that clients are well attended in the business area: Sale of Equipment, Parts, Consumables.
Identify new business opportunities through the analysis of customer needs to provide integrated solutions with added value in the business area (Aftermarket, Equipment, etc.).
Gather, analyze and report relevant data from the competition. Implement, comply and improve the sales budget of your area or zone of responsibility in terms of billing and margin.
Work in coordination with the SRP team to offer attractive solutions to customers.
Execute the plan of visits with the clients, and effect the calendar with programming.
Direct and supervise the commercial management of your staff in charge.
Supervise that all reasonable measures are taken to ensure that all employees work in a safe and healthy environment.
Advise, motivate, train, evaluate and guide the team members to meet the goals and objectives according to the company's policies.
Manage a forecast of requirements for each client through CRM.
Perform other functions that are assigned to you within the scope of your competence.
