Principal responsibilities:
- Lead the commercial management of the Rock Tools portfolio: planning, focus, CRM, negotiation, follow-up, and closing of opportunities.
- Meet the revenue according to the budget and forecast.
- Develop new business opportunities and retain current clients in Peru and Colombia.
- Manage contracts ensuring optimal service levels.
- Prepare value propositions with a Sandvik focus and keep the commercial tool updated.
- Coordinate with the Account Management team to support commercial opportunities.
- Lead the Rock Tools team promoting assertive communication and corporate culture.
- Participate actively in EHS activities and comply with policies and procedures.
- Negotiate contracts with participation in adjustments and new contracts.
- Execute the plan of visits with clients, and effect the calendar with programming.
Requirements:
- Engineer, graduate in mechanical, industrial, civil engineering or related fields.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in mining and business development.
- Knowledge in commercial management and drilling products.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Advanced English (indispensable).
- A1 driver's license.
- Availability to travel to various mining units.
- Sales management and planning.
- Analytical capacity and problem-solving.
