Product Line Sales Manager – Attachment Tools

You'll lead a passionate team, collaborate across departments, and engage with high-level clients to deliver solutions that keep operations running smoothly. Your voice will help set the vision for the division, ensuring we stay ahead in a competitive market while supporting our customers with excellence.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Leadership & Business Planning: Develop and implement business plans to achieve sales targets and market growth.
  • Sales Ownership & Performance Management: Own sales performance by setting and tracking targets, and actively pursue new business opportunities.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and manage the division, ensuring team alignment with Company goals whilst working closely with Product Development, Marketing, and Operations.
  • Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis: Monitor trends and competitor activities to inform strategy and identify opportunities.
  • Reporting & Management Participation: Prepare reports and contribute insights in management meetings.
  • Operational Excellence & Compliance: Ensure all activities align with Sandvik's mission and values.

What you'll bring:

  • Minimum 5 years in management and 4 years in sales
  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering (Mechanical, Metallurgical, Chemical) or equivalent
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to interpret technical customer needs and deliver solutions
  • Current driver's license and willingness to travel based on business needs
