HR Advisor (0.8 FTE)

Sandvik Benelux B.V. is looking for a part-time HR Advisor for 32 hours, where you will primarily work at our location in Rotterdam. In this role, you will be responsible for all matters related to HR. You will be responsible for the operational and administrative activities concerning the in-, through-, and outflow of colleagues. Additionally, you will spend a portion of your time on recruitment, something you are not afraid to do given your work experience in this area. The HR Benelux team is a close-knit team with a pleasant and informal atmosphere, where the team provides service to several Sandvik companies in the Benelux.

What will you do?

As an HR Advisor at Sandvik, you will have a varied job package, where you will work for several Sandvik companies in the Benelux, with a particular focus on the companies in the Netherlands. You will focus on a secure execution of the operational and administrative activities within the HR department. This includes a focus on the in-, through-, and outflow of colleagues, recruitment, and also absenteeism management. Furthermore, your strong communicative skills in Dutch and English will come in handy. You will be the point of contact for colleagues and managers with HR-related questions.

Furthermore, you will be involved in:

• Guiding and processing changes in the personnel information system Workday;• Maintaining the digital personnel files;• Administration related to employment contracts and addenda;• On- and offboarding;• Leave administration;• Absenteeism administration;• Cooperation with the Payroll & Compensation & Benefits department;• Other HR-related administrative tasks.

Your profile

You are a true team player! That's great, because you will be part of a close-knit team that likes to work together. With a positive and honest attitude, you like to get started proactively. You are also accurate and structured. In addition, you have excellent communicative skills in both Dutch and English. You are also flexible, because no day is the same. Knowledge of Dutch labor law is also important. Furthermore, you bring:

• MBO+, or HBO work and thought level. Preferably, you have a completed education in the direction of HR;• Demonstrable work experience in a similar position;• Knowledge of Workday and YouForce? This is a plus!• A good command of the Dutch and English languages in word and writing;
