We are looking for a structured and experienced Manager to our IT Service Delivery function to lead the team and work closely with other SAP functional professionals and business/technical stakeholders throughout the whole Sandvik Mining business area. The role is full-time, permanent and located in Tampere, Finland or Stockholm or Sandviken, Sweden.
Purpose of the Role:
The SAP Platform Services Functional Manager plays a key role in the strategic development, architectural planning, and daily operational management of the SAP technical platform.
This position combines technical expertise with team leadership responsibilities, aiming to ensure a smooth user experience, efficient technical support, and continuous service improvement.

What can you bring to our team?
We hope you have a strong background working for larger organizations, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
You will bring with you a broad knowledge of the SAP ecosystem and have a deep understanding and technical experience of both SAP & non-SAP applications and on-premise or cloud-based IT infrastructure.
Experience of large-scale SAP implementation projects (S/4HANA) is a merit and that you are familiar with Agile methods with a strong appetite for new technologies.
