Your mission is to design, build and scale GenAI applications such as chatbots, assistants, leveraging RAG pipelines and integrating them with enterprise data. You collaborate with product owners, data engineers, and domain experts to identify opportunities and transform them into scalable, production-ready AI solutions.

This role is based in Stockholm or Sandviken, with a hybrid work solution.
We're looking for someone with a few years of hands-on experience in data science or machine learning engineering, with a foundation in applied statistics and analytics. Your technical expertise includes working with LLMs, RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases. You're comfortable designing experiments, validating results, and deploying models in cloud environments—preferably Azure and Databricks. An academic background in computer science, statistics, or a related field is expected, along with experience working with enterprise data from areas like sales, finance, R&D, or manufacturing.
You're curious, proactive, and thrive in a dynamic and experimental environment. You enjoy the challenge of turning innovative ideas into scalable solutions and taking ownership of your work.
