Your Mission

As an Account Manager Channels, you'll be the driving force behind our commercial success—leading impactful customer engagements, closing strategic deals, and fueling growth that aligns with our global strategy and local business plan. You'll take ownership of developing Channel Partners by strengthening relationships, unlocking new potential, and strengthening our position in critical markets. With a sharp eye for opportunity, you'll explore emerging segments and newly acquired businesses, while championing our cutting-edge digital machining solutions and sustainability goals. Location of the successful candidate is within the territory of Bulgaria.

Key Performance Areas

  • Execute account development strategy—maintain, strengthen, and develop—across the assigned customer portfolio of channel partners, based on a deep understanding of each customer's business and strategic direction.
  • Develop comprehensive Account Plans that outline strategic activities focused on channel partner needs, pain points, and development opportunities.
  • Co-create Customer Value Plans with priority customers to align mutual goals and ensure long-term success.
  • Build and maintain trustful relationships to secure channel partners’ commitment and loyalty.
  • Promote the concept of Manufacturing Wellness, focusing on reducing costs and waste, increasing efficiency and circularity, embracing new technologies, leveraging data and automation, and investing in people and partnerships.
  • Provide accurate and timely market insights regarding customers and competitors using the CRM system Dynamics 365.
  • Open and manage Sales Pipelines based on customer opportunities, and support Sales Management with reliable forecasts, budgets, and targets through accurate pipeline data.
  • Achieve expected business and financial outcomes for the assigned customer portfolio.
  • Regularly review performance results and implement corrective actions to ensure delivery according to plan.
  • Work closely with Compliance Officer, making sure all Compliance requirements are met.

Your Profile

We are looking for a flexible and driven sales professional with five to seven years of experience in sales management, ideally within the field of engineering cutting tools or relevant manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of delivering strong business results, along with project management knowledge and experience. You are a customer-focused professional who adds real value by identifying tailored solutions that boost productivity through consultative problem-solving.

You excel at building strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, positioning Sandvik Coromant as their preferred partner. With a sharp business mindset, you align strategies, spot opportunities, and optimize resources to drive results.

Your communication is clear, concise, and persuasive—able to influence decisions and foster transparency. Adaptable and resilient, you navigate diverse customer needs with professionalism and confidence, negotiating effectively in every situation. You're passionate about delivering customer-centric solutions that strengthen our brand, and you leverage digital tools and data analytics to plan strategically and execute with precision.

Your understanding of our product portfolio allows you to craft optimal machining solutions, and your commitment to continuous learning ensures you're always growing. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within your territory are essential, as this role takes you where the business needs you most. You need to have a native level of language spoken in the territory and English on an intermediate level to be able to communicate with ease (spoken, written).
