Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Promote the execution of account plans.
Develop a deep understanding of the client's business, operations, and opportunities.
Lead the account team of each client (in close collaboration with BLM).
Organize the use of all necessary human resources from all business lines (Sales Engineers, Service Teams, etc.) for the execution and development of the account plan.
Identify opportunities in each account.
Develop account plans for local accounts.
Participate in the development of Global Account plans, when appropriate.
Ensure connection with global teams and share information (e.g., 4Sales, Sales Volumes, strategy, fleets, and information for visits).
Lead the budget process for the account in order to integrate the account vision with the product line vision (feed the global accounts, when part of the global account structure).
Participate in account reviews.
Comply with "one way of working the account/accounts", as an active member of the BA Mining account team.
Comply with the mandatory training plan (Code of Conduct, ABC, Competition Law); and its correct update as appropriate.
Participate actively in the prevention and promotion activities in EHS, health, and well-being fostered by the company or the client.
Report immediately any incident, accident, act or unsafe condition that you detect, as well as collaborate in the investigation and timely report of the event for its dissemination.
Comply with the Life-Saving Rules, policies, procedures, regulations, and objectives of the EHS health and well-being management system fostered by the company or the client.
Responsible for correcting unsafe conditions and/or acts that you detect in your workplace, attending to the health and well-being aspects indicated by the medical department.
Recognize in your colleagues the positive behaviors in EHS health and well-being, as well as give constructive feedback when unsafe acts or behaviors are identified.
Comply with the General Training Program applicable to the position in matters of Technical Training, EHS, Compliance, Business Development, and Product that apply to the position in time and form.
Ensure that personnel under your charge cover their gaps in Technical Training, EHS, Compliance, Business Development, and Product that apply to the position in time and form.
