Senior Sales Assistant (3hrs) Cardfactory St Brelade

We are passionate about celebrating our customers' life moments and are now looking for a Senior Sales Assistant to join our very successful Card Factory family to help fulfil this.

The pace is fast, our standards are high and we're proud of it, we lead the way after all! It can get busy in our stores; therefore, you need to be able to manage lots of customers and the team, busy tills and juggling multiple tasks. But don't worry, you'll have lots of fun along the way!

Purpose

Alongside all the responsibilities of a Sales Assistant, you would be a key holder, opening and/or closing the store. Cashing up the tills at the end/start of shifts. Manage the team of Sales Assistants in the absence of the Team Leader. Be a champion of the products we sell and maintain a current knowledge of our products. Check off our deliveries alongside our procedures and ensure the deliveries are stored correctly. Ensure full stock availability, by using our procedures for scanning to ensure the cards and products are scanned appropriately.

Key Accountabilities

Is retail experience required? Retail experience is not a necessity when beginning your Card Factory story. We look for personality and a passion for customer service above all else! If you can bring in management experience from your previous role, that would be advantageous.
