- Upsell & Cross-Sell: Identify opportunities to expand product adoption (e.g., ongoing monitoring, adverse media, case management).
- Strategic Account Planning: Develop tailored growth plans aligned with clients' business objectives and industry needs.
- Customer Advocacy: Represent client feedback internally, influencing product roadmap and support priorities.
- Pipeline & Forecasting: Track renewals, upsell opportunities, and revenue forecasts in CRM (HubSpot).
- Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Success Managers to deliver value and seamless onboarding.
