Sunstates Security is hosting a Hiring Event for Armed Security Officers on Monday, January 12, 2026, from 10:00AM - 2:00 PM! Meet with hiring managers for various full time, part time, armed security officer positions in San Antonio, TX, and surrounding areas. All shifts, all days, including weekends, are available, and these positions offer a pay rate of $21/hr - paid weekly.

Hiring Event Location: Buchanans Coffee House 301 4th St, Blanco, Texas 78606. This is a walk-in event. Come prepared to interview with our hiring managers. Please complete an application prior to the event on our career page.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid Texas Level III Security License in hand
• 2 Years of armed security experience. Preferred
• 3 Years of customer service experience. Preferred
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
• Must have open availability to work weekends and holidays as needed and willing to work overtime as required.
• Knowledge of access control systems, CCTV systems and alarm monitoring. Preferred
• Valid driver's license with a minimum of 3 years driving experience

A security officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the post orders and standard operating procedures (SOP). The shift supervisor must read and become extremely knowledgeable of post orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
