Role and Responsibilities
Responsible for all Samsung Electronics Airconditioning product groups sold to business customers and through commercial channels
Frequent and regular face-to-face visits to designers and all relevant parties
High level of knowledge of own and competitor HVAC equipment. Supporting customers by providing the best solutions to their requirements
To increase sales of Samsung Electronics products and achieve the agreed targets
Focus on consultative selling by face-to-face relationship building and demand generation
Provides leadership to a virtual account team of cross-functional resources for effectively developing and pursuing sales opportunities
Advises and influences customer contacts over a range of functions and promotes solutions as a key differentiator, where applicable
To analyze account profiles and potentials by doing strategic planning and to adapt conditions of sales accordingly
To analyze sales performance based on defined key performance indicators (KPIs) for each customer and to set up improvements of KPIs
To make timely and accurate sales forecasts to ensure optimized product availability and to develop and support demand generation and customer satisfaction
To coordinate all activities within the assigned accounts/region
To provide the partners with product and performance trainings
To ensure available information which effectively used by the organization, to enable the individual to achieve optimum results along their parameters of responsibility
To work closely with internal departments and back-office to support the implementation of appropriate processes to meet the requirements of the customers
To provide feedback to the organization regarding market conditions and competitor activities to facilitate quick and appropriate response to changing sales conditions
Responsible for efficient and regular information flow
To actively participate in the annual budgeting process
Representation of the company outside (mainly trade) according to Samsung Electronics standards and guidelines
Skills and Qualifications
University degree in Technical field
At least 5 years of job experience in the area of sales/account management
Partner management and channel management experiences in commercial channels preferred
Bilingual (Local and English) –Advanced knowledge of English in communication and writing
Good knowledge of IT systems (MS Office), Auto Cad
Proactive approach and market knowledge
Technical knowledge of DX and water solutions – HVAC
Product presentation skills and creation of the same
