We're looking for passionate and adaptable Operations Support to join our team. Ideal candidates should have a strong experience in Operations Support.

Role and Responsibilities

• Support daily operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with timelines and deliverables
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project objectives
• Conduct simple market research for weekly market insight report

Skills and Qualifications

• Min bachelor's degrees in business administration, MBA, language and literature or any related master's degrees from reputable universities will be point plus.
• Min. 2 years of experience on Business Administration with some supervisory skills.
• Good team building and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good in communication, effective verbal and written communications skills (incl. with local people).
• A successful track record in setting priorities; keen analytic, organization and problem-solving skills which support and enable sound decision making.
• A multi-tasker with the ability to wear many hats in a fast-paced environment - balanced and solid stress and time management skills.
• Provide efficient and effective translation management and follow compliance operational standard
• Creating weekly and monthly report translations.
• The candidate has experience of final responsibility for the quality and content of all related Project Management, reporting, sensing (market/tech) between Indonesia - Korea and audit coordination for either a Group or significant project area and has preferably overseen a human resources function previously (within a project).
• Positive personality with a service-oriented mindset
• Fluent in both English & Korean (verbal, written) for effective communication with diverse stakeholders
• Basic understanding of project management principles and practices
• Ability to track project progress and contribute to successful outcome
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• This position will be hired under a third-party contract.
