IT Security Engineer

In your role as an IT Security Engineer, you'll own enterprise server security, network security system, and endpoint security, with an emphasis on enterprise server security. You'll be a key team member to ensure all servers have adequate security to prevent unauthorized access, meeting necessary compliance standards, and limit potential vulnerabilities. You'll also responsible for analyzing external and internal threats in order to protect sensitive data within the organization's network and office automation devices.

Here's What You'll Be Responsible For:

1. Set up, maintain, and monitor various IT security systems/applications
2. Manage IT security and IT risk across the company, including data systems, network and Web
3. Address questions from internal and external audits and examinations
4. Identify security issues and risks, and develop mitigation plans
5. Perform local IT operation that are in compliance with corporate IT security practices and monitor for adherence and violations of policies.
6. Monitor for internal and web-borne security threats and ensure systems and all networks are secured against intrusions.

Here's what you'll need:

• BS Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Security or related field.
• SANS, ISACA, (ICS)2, CompTIA, Cisco, CERT, OR other recognized technical cyber security certifications are preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in network, server or application security control and monitoring.
• Knowledge with Firewalls/IDS/IPS/Endpoint Security/DLP/Proxy technologies.
• Working experience and knowledge of Unix and Windows OS as well as Oracle and MS/SQL database platforms.
• Working knowledge utilizing MS Active Directory, MS GPO Policy, and Power Shell.
• Proficient in server virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Familiar with Microsoft PowerShell.
• Be able to support 24x7 manufacturing facility.
• Web development experience is a plus but not required.
• Previous semiconductor experience is a plus but not required.
• Korean language skills are a plus but not required.

The current base salary range for this role is between $70,480 - $150,760. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
