We are looking for a Head of Retail Marketing to join our Consumer Electronics team!
Role and Responsibilities
Ensure that Samsung Brand and products/propositions get maximum exposure in channel(s)
Ensure differentiation based on store priority and the store's flexibility to accept Brand in-store elements
Be the guardian of the Brand and apply brand guidelines across all shopper touch points consistently
Manage shop displays/fixtures/POP production, distribution, implementation and maintenance in accordance to display and POP display guidelines
Develop and apply new store Layout/Zoning, displays and In-Store Communication
Conduct store audit to check in-store execution
Support the development of the channel mapping and segmentation analysis for the respectful markets, working closely with Sales and the Retail Planning and Analysis team
Monitor and manage the Brand performance and investment within the channel
Collect field data (shelf share, product availability, promoter sell-out, price, promotion) and generate weekly reports for respectful markets and product divisions
Ensure appropriate reporting and analysis of performance
Manage Field Force and Merchandising program
Ensure that all stores are properly merchandised, trained and, when appropriate, authorized
Manage training programs to educate Field force as well as FSM on Samsung products and propositions
Manage multilevel education and certification programs, as well as Sales skills trainings
Propose, gain agreement and work to the budget that is needed to execute the Marketing Plan within the channel(s) throughout the business cycle, ensuring it is used to maximum effect
Retail agency briefing, planning and management.
Liaise with and guide cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with global and local strategic initiatives, clear communication, seamless integration and timely execution of retail marketing program deliverables
Other tasks per direct managers request
Manage internal Retail Marketing team
Define local strategy in line with HQ guides
Develop local solutions for furniture and POP material production where possible
Secure proper budget planning and consumption in line with guides
Skills and Qualifications
Qualification/Experience
University degree
5+ years of Customer and Shopper marketing experience in related industry
Track record of managing marketing budgets in a global organization
Proven successful experience at developing efficient work plans for complex projects involving many groups and effectively implementing and coordinating these plans
Driver's license
Knowledge
Upper-intermediate command of English
Advanced user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to remain productive and focused in a fast paced, evolving and highly collaborative environment
