The Facilities Services Department Leader position is a leadership role focused on strategic oversight of facility building operations, capital equipment tool installation, and Infra Risk Prevention maintenance (preventative and corrective) across the entire plant. This includes ongoing upkeep, upgrades, and optimization of production infrastructure to support reliable, efficient, and compliant operations. The role demands high ownership, accountability for managing labor, materials, budgets, and timelines to ensure tasks are executed safely, on schedule, and to the highest standards. The successful candidate will be able to effectively communicate ideas, make recommendations, and negotiate project details with their team, subcontractors, and stakeholders.

The current base salary range for this role is between $98,830 - $236,540. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
