The Analysis Technology team (AT) is responsible for maintaining the quality of the FAB utilities and wafer environments to achieve the highest quality products. The scope of the AT team is very wide and includes monitoring environmental parameters such as temperature, humidity, particle levels, airborne molecular contamination, and trace elemental contamination. Additionally, the AT team collaborates with the GCS (Gas and Chemical Systems), WTR (Water), and Unit Parts to monitor the quality of incoming utilities and wafer processing equipment for contamination as well as MFG (manufacturing) to help control FOUP quality.
