We are looking for a dynamic and motivated intern to join our Services, Solutions, and Partnerships team in the Samsung IM (IT and Mobility) B2B division.
This position will offer you the opportunity to develop your skills and work in a multicultural environment within a passionate team specialized in the commercialization of complex solutions for PCs, tablets, smartphones, and connected accessories for our clients' mobile fleets.
You will support our experts in charge of technical projects related to our mobile products (smartphones, tablets, PCs, connected accessories) to provide effective and innovative solutions to our clients.
You will work with account managers, trainers, technical product managers, and buzz-dev, marketing, product, and sales teams from the B2B IM division, as well as with other divisions and different teams based all over the world.
To familiarize yourself with our solutions and services, you will start by handling our products and platforms to understand the specifics of Knox.
Once you master the basics of the job and become familiar with Knox solutions, you will accompany the teams in managing different projects before and after sales (for operators, distributors, and B2B clients).
The internship will allow you to explore and develop your skills in the following areas:
Support in managing technical accounts
Operational support for Technical Program Managers (TAMs) for the orchestration of different phases before the launch
Participation in the analysis of client needs and contribution to the design of tailored solutions.
Collaboration with different internal teams to ensure the implementation and delivery of solutions within the stipulated timelines
Pre and post-sales technical support
Providing technical support to certain clients by answering their questions and solving problems encountered with the help of different internal teams
Technical and functional validation of solutions on new mobile products
Detection, documentation, reporting, and follow-up of anomalies in coordination with R&D (based in Korea) for their resolution
Business intelligence
Preparation of weekly and monthly reports
Updating project and operational dashboards
Conducting benchmarks and technological surveillance around B2B solutions
Analysis of statistical data to contribute to the development of the division's strategy
PMO
Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes, tools, and solutions of the B2B teams by proposing and supporting the implementation of innovative ideas
You may also be involved in other missions as part of project launches
Bac+4/Bac+5 in progress, looking for a one or two-year internship in a field related to computer science, IT project management, digital, and the digital field.
Passionate about mobility, its services, technologies, and telecommunications, you are comfortable with the Android OS and Windows operating system.
Good interpersonal skills, capable of working independently and in a team in a multicultural and international context and in a booming sector.
You are passionate about innovation and want to contribute to the success of our clients.
You want to acquire and develop your technical expertise in project management, technical account management, and BI in a technical and commercial environment.
Previous experience with similar missions, including in a different sector, would be appreciated.
Good writing skills, good mastery of the Office Pack and the Atlassian suite.
Analytical and synthesis capacity, spirit of initiative, self-criticism, and adaptation.
Proficiency in English, both spoken and written. Proficiency in Korean is a plus.
