- The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in enterprise-level solution-based selling, particularly in UCaaS, CCaaS, or SaaS environments. - A proven track record in managing complex sales cycles and successfully negotiating agreements based on value-based selling is essential. - Strong interpersonal skills are necessary to establish and maintain relationships with C-level executives and other key stakeholders. - The candidate should possess excellent time management skills and a keen attention to detail to handle multiple processes effectively. - A deep understanding of subscription-based sales and the ability to forecast accurately will be critical for success in this role.
