- The Senior DevOps Engineer will be responsible for building, deploying, and continuously supporting the 8x8 Cloud Backend platform and services.
- The role involves designing, developing, and deploying infrastructure automation solutions for 8x8 environments in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
- The candidate will manage the lifecycle of OKE Kubernetes clusters and automate cloud infrastructure on OCI.
- The position requires staying current with the latest trends and best practices in public cloud.
- The engineer will provide operational support and contribute to documentation to ensure knowledge sharing within the team.

- The ideal candidate should have a B.S. degree in Computer Science or relevant field experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience with DevOps technologies and cloud-based provisioning is essential.
- The candidate should be proficient in administering a Linux environment and have strong debugging skills.
- Experience with CI/CD strategies and container deployments is necessary for success in this role.
- Excellent communication skills are required to work effectively in a geographically dispersed team.
