Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Director, Sales Enablement to lead the transformation of our enablement program to drive productivity, performance, and growth across our global sales organization. This role will be responsible for architecting and executing a next-generation enablement strategy that leverages AI-powered tools, intelligent content delivery, and personalized training to empower our sales teams. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in sales enablement leadership, a passion for innovation, and deep expertise in applying AI for learning, coaching, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Transformation

  • Design and implement a comprehensive sales enablement strategy aligned to business goals and revenue growth targets.

  • Lead the transformation from traditional enablement to an AI-enhanced, data-driven learning environment.

  • Champion a culture of continuous learning, skill development, and performance excellence.

AI-Driven Enablement Programs

  • Identify, evaluate, and integrate AI solutions for content curation, adaptive learning, real-time coaching, and sales performance analytics.

  • Implement AI-driven onboarding programs that accelerate ramp time and increase productivity.

  • Utilize machine learning insights to continuously refine sales playbooks, talk tracks, and customer engagement strategies.

Sales Training & Development

  • Oversee design and delivery of training programs for all sales roles, ensuring relevance, engagement, and measurable impact.

  • Integrate virtual simulations, conversational AI, and personalized learning paths into the training ecosystem.

  • Partner with Product Marketing and Sales Leadership to deliver timely, role-specific enablement on product launches, competitive positioning, and market trends.

Measurement & Optimization

  • Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of enablement initiatives.

  • Continuously analyze performance data to identify skill gaps, learning opportunities, and program ROI.

  • Drive adoption and engagement across sales teams through change management best practices.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years in sales enablement, sales leadership, or revenue operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

  • Transformational leadership leading high-performance teams in a startup-like environment.

  • Proven experience designing and executing enablement strategies at scale.

  • Demonstrated expertise in implementing AI-powered learning, training, and coaching tools.

  • Strong understanding of modern sales methodologies and B2B SaaS go-to-market motions.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
