- The National Sales Director will lead a team of Account Executives focused on generating growth in 8x8's Ideal Customer Profile Accounts. - This role involves defining sales goals with the leadership team and implementing processes and infrastructure to achieve these goals. - The director will participate in client and prospect meetings, providing support and guidance to direct reports. - Ongoing mentoring and development of the sales team, including recruiting and training new representatives, is a key responsibility. - The position requires conducting weekly forecast meetings and coaching direct reports on strategies to drive closure.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS software and communications sales, particularly in the contact center space. - They should possess an extensive track record of new business sales, demonstrating strong presentation and negotiation skills at the C-level. - A successful candidate will have experience in recruiting, coaching, and managing a high-performing sales team. - Strong strategic thinking skills, including analytical and financial planning abilities, are essential to meet and exceed quotas. - The candidate should have experience developing channel relationships and a deep understanding of various sales methodologies relevant to the SaaS and cloud communications industry.
