POSITION TITLE: Kettle Coordinator
REPORTS TO: Field Representative
STATUS: Temporary/Seasonal, Non-Exempt
PAY: $17.00 per hour

SCOPE OF POSITION: Manage all aspects of the Christmas Kettle Program. Supervise, schedule, and monitor all kettle workers and drivers for the Christmas Kettle Program. Maintained all necessary records required for Human Resources management, payroll, and accounting to monitor individual workers and sites.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma required. Some post-secondary education preferred.
EXPERIENCE: A minimum of six months related experience; supervisory experience preferred.

Work Schedule / Location: Dependent on the locations needs and assigned by Field Rep or other Supervisor.
