Description of the Position

In the context of the development of our activities, we are looking for a Sales Operations Executive (H/F) to strengthen our team within the WSE. A true link between the sales, merchandising, logistics, and customer service teams, you will be responsible for ensuring the fluidity and efficiency of operational processes, from the management of basic data to the monitoring of the order book.

Your responsibilities:

  • Master, harmonize, and improve key processes (e.g., basic data, sample management, alpine and Nordic products) and ensure their documentation.
  • Manage the execution and follow-up of the order book: monitoring statuses, data verification, reminders, and controls.
  • Ensure the follow-up of stock cleaning activities, in coordination with the sales and merchandising teams.
  • Contribute to sales operations, particularly on topics such as order book management, process optimization, system processing, and material availability.
  • Develop ad hoc reports and analyses to support decision-making and activity management.
  • Participate or lead cross-functional projects to support the evolution of work methods and the continuous improvement of internal processes.

Qualifications

  • Degree Bac+3 to Bac+5 in management, supply chain, commerce, or equivalent.
  • Significant prior experience in a similar environment.
  • Excellent mastery of Excel and reporting tools, with SAP proficiency being a plus.
  • Analytical mindset, rigor, and organizational skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Market knowledge is an advantage.
  • Professional English, both spoken and written.
  • Occasional travel required.
