Sales Associate

We are looking for a salesperson for a temporary, full-time (40 hours/week) position in our Salomon store on La Rambla, Barcelona.

Temporary contract for 2 months from June 22 to August 30.

To succeed in this role, you will need to:

• Use exceptional customer service skills, sales techniques, and knowledge of Salomon products to connect customers with the right product and increase sales.
• Accompany and advise customers to provide them with a high-level customer experience, propose complementary products (upselling).
• Be proficient in sales techniques and the digital tools available in the store to offer exceptional customer service.
• Help protect company assets and procedures by promoting loss prevention and ensuring the warehouse is clean and well-organized.
• Be confident in handling cash.
• Master standard operating procedures, health and safety directives, visual merchandising, and community marketing principles.
• Be an ambassador for the brand and take advantage of the brand's service culture. This position requires 100% presence on the sales floor.
