We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic team. This position is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic about delivering outstanding service to customers and are eager to kick-start their career in a supportive and engaging environment.

Job: Full time

Pay Range: $950 - $1200 weekly

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and ascertain the nature of their inquiries.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
• Assist customers in resolving issues and complaints efficiently and courteously.
• Maintain customer records and update information in the system as necessary.
• Handle transactions and process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive customer service experience.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in using computers and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for helping others.
