Job Description

Within the finance team of the newly created SAESI, the VIE controle gestion is responsible for contributing to the implementation of the entity's financial system, in support of the chief financial officer, in collaboration with the general manager, the chief financial officer, and the operational teams. The goal of the position is to implement a robust management control system to analyze and drive the economic performance of the entity through tools, processes, and indicators, in compliance and liaison with the central management control of the division. Main responsibilities include:

• Support to the chief financial officer, CFO, and GM for the financial management of the entity: Contribute to planning processes (budget, medium-term plan, reforecast) Develop and implement tools and indicators for measuring economic performance (activity, productivity, OPEX, CAPEX, stocks, hourly rate, variance analysis, etc.) Produce the data and analyses requested by the GM/CFO and support the teams on a daily basis in decision-making to maximize economic performance
• Contribute to the implementation of procedures and tools, in liaison with central finance teams and local operational teams. Ensure the consistency and compliance of the entity with the group's processes. Ensure the implementation, performance monitoring, and handling of any deviations with appropriate action plans.
• Contribute to the deployment of the SAP tool in the entity, for financial areas and in support of operational areas. Ensure the quality, integrity, and accuracy of financial data.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement approach of the finance function (data analytics, simplification and simplification of tasks and processes)
• Interfaces with division and group finance teams: accounting, management control, treasury, compliance, taxation.
• Provide support to internal control and statutory audits.

Job Requirements

Master's degree with specialization in finance/accounting/management, ideally with first experience in industrial management control.
