Test Services Technician

Test Services Technician position requires an individual to be detail oriented and flexible. The individual will not only be responsible for packing units, but also be available to assist in any other areas in the plant as needed, including cementing, shipping, testing, etc. This is a permanent position.

Job Requirements:

1. Rig, pack, and deploy evacuation systems. 2. Prepare aircraft doors for deployments (charging/pre-deployment setup) 3. Provide feedback/solutions to engineering during development. 4. Install evacuation systems in mockups and support deployments. 5. Setting up and executing test per engineering input. 6. Read and work from posted schedule. 7. Maintain organization and tool control. 8. Work independently or in a team setting as required. 9. Read/Understand CMM and folding procedures. 10. Support testing at offsite testing labs. 11. Work in outside conditions for testing. 12. Support jump testing events as needed. 13. Support training customers or fellow technicians (MX packers) on new programs being introduced into production. 14. Charge inflation systems. 15. Support certification efforts at customer's location. 16. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions. 17. Complete inspection of safety equipment and contribute to a safe working environment. 18. Follow and adhere to all safety rules.
