The Technical Publications Engineer is responsible for ensuring that external documentation (OEM, authorities, customers and regulatory organizations) is available and updated for SAESA's maintenance activities. They are also responsible for the habilitation of personnel in rosters, manage the RAM (Record Archive Management), participate in external audits, and perform as an internal auditor.
Education: Mechanical, Industrial or Aeronautical Engineer
Experience: 3 years
Specific Knowledge: Knowledge of applicable standards (ISO, Aeronautical, Industrial), aeronautical manuals (AMM, ES; CMM)
Problem solving tools: 5 Whys, Ishikawa, 8Ds
Quality Audits
Is responsible for ensuring that the technical data (OEM, authorities, customers and regulatory organizations) necessary to perform maintenance according to SAESA's capabilities is available for the performance of maintenance. Controls the documental quality system through Qdoc software. In conjunction with the training chief, carry on the habilitation of personnel in rosters and keep them current. Manages the RAM in accordance with Safran requirements. He/she performs as internal or external quality auditor according to his/her habilitations as auditor. Participates in the document approval flows according to his/her approval privileges for each document. Suggests improvements to quality management system processes. Guides and follows customers audits from planning and logistics to finding closure.
