Support Operationnel Au Projet De Dématérialisation Fiscale Factures

Dans le cadre du projet de dématérialisation des factures, la mission consiste à assurer le déploiement de l'enrôlement des clients français, en support aux équipes ADV/CSR tout en participant à l'évolution sur S4. Vous serez en charge des éléments suivants :

• Paramétrage du client en mode dématérialisé
• Suivi de la facturation et monitoring du flux : vie de la facture dans tous les interfaces (SAP.P03, S4, MFG, M3)
• Analyse et traitements des blocages
• Interface vers le client et en transverse avec le CSR/ADV
• S'assurer de la bonne réception du paiement
• Mise à jour des bases de données clients en corrélation avec le crédit management
• Tenu des KPI
