Ensure that the Group's HSE reference system is implemented and coordinate the action plans needed to achieve company objectives. Advise and assist the operational departments at the sites on implementation of the HSE reference system and objectives. Monitor environmental parameters, GHG emissions, and applicable legal and local regulations. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure 100% compliance with environmental laws and company HSE requirements. Conduct environmental aspect and impact assessments for MRO operations. Coordinate GHG reduction and environmental improvement projects with the department. Coordinate with site waste management stakeholders to increase recyclability. Support sustainability aligning Safran sustainability commitment. Participate in environmental audits and inspections. Maintain environmental records and documentation. Prepare PCB compliance report like annual returns, environment statement etc.
B.Tech (Environment / Electrical) with 5+ years of industrial experience of which at least 3 years in Environment and compliance management. Experience in Environment aspect and impact assessment. Ability to interpret the environment regulations and track evolution of compliances. Open-minded, ability to communicate with others, lead and share experiences and impart trainings on Environment topics. Ability to work as part of a team.
