The Manager of Sales & Business Development - Components within Safran Landing Systems - MRO Division is both a front-line Sales role working and a strategic business and product development role. Sales Role: Primarily seek, identify, capture and negotiate profitable component business opportunities from a defined customer allocation. In addition, the individual will also support the post contract management of assigned key accounts to ensure adherence to contract terms and customer satisfaction. Beyond the direct sales responsibility, the role includes driving sales campaigns in the region, supporting and working with the other regions to identify sales opportunities and supporting the global development of business cases. Business Development role: Lead the component business development activity globally through the development and execution of a strategic plan to grow the component business within the region. Advise the globally located operations team on product development opportunities that will support sustainable growth. Follow the introduction of new aircraft types and position the MRO Division to develop required capability and capture volume from early operations. Create streamlined processes for the Equipment business.
