Safran Helicopter Engines customer services and support is located in Tarnos, Nouvelle Aquitaine, France. This is a permanent full-time position requiring a master degree and more than 3 years of professional experience in engineering and management. Fluency in English is required.
Within the Technical Support Department of the Support and Services Directorate (D2S), you will be part of a multidisciplinary team responsible for developing, updating, and publishing the technical support elements for ANETO, ARRANO, MTR390, and RTM322 engines necessary for certification and operational maintenance. This technical support repository is for our operator clients, maintenance centers, repair centers, and internal services. You will conduct impact analysis and production management for the technical support repository of the assigned engine, including:
You will liaise with method and brand teams in the Technical Support Department and subcontractors. You will update your commitments and deliverables, initiate subcontracted document production, and manage subcontractor activities. You will validate documents produced by subcontractors and actively participate in projects to create the technical support repository for new variants and improvement projects.
A bachelor’s degree plus five years of experience in technical engine fields is required. You should have client focus, be organized, and have strong relationship skills, team-working abilities, and the ability to work independently. Proficiency in IT tools (including Arbortext, PLM, and GEODE) and data analysis across various formats is necessary. Fluent technical English is required, with knowledge of ASD S1000D/S2000M and ASD-STE100 specifications being a plus.
