Role Summary: The intern will support the launch and coordination of a companywide contest designed to promote the development and implementation of AI use cases. This role is ideal for a student interested in innovation, communication, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and organizing an internal contest focused on AI-related ideas and use cases.
• Help create communication materials (emails, flyers, announcements) to promote the contest.
• Collect, track, and organize contest submissions.
• Support the evaluation process by preparing summaries, tracking criteria, and coordinating with reviewers.
• Assist in scheduling meetings, workshops, or info sessions related to the contest.
• Help prepare simple reports or presentations showing participation and results.

Duration: Internship duration based on academic requirements or business needs.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Interest in artificial intelligence, innovation, or digital transformation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic knowledge of AI concepts is helpful but not required.
