Your future mission: The proposed position is that of Technical Support Engineer on GE90 engines equipping the B777 and GP7200 equipping the A380. Your main mission is to support airlines and maintenance workshops around the world. To do this, you will:

• Provide technical responses to airlines and maintenance workshops
• Participate in problem resolution through different stages of investigation of parts in case of operational events
• Conduct and exploit operational experience feedback to improve the reliability of the global fleet
• Participate in the update of after-sales technical documentation

About you: With a technical background and initial experience in the aviation world, you enjoy working in a team and coordinating different actors to find solutions. You have an appetite for technical issues, you will be the focal point of the parts for which you will be responsible. Knowledge of engine/parts operation and functionality is a plus for this position. Customer focus and adherence to deadlines: You will be the guarantor of the satisfaction of our customers worldwide. Mastery of English is indispensable as our clients are present everywhere in the world and your interlocutors are from various backgrounds.

Additional details: You will be in contact with many interfaces: clients (airlines, aircraft manufacturers, and maintenance workshops) and client teams, design offices and repair shops, material laboratories, quality management, tooling, technical documentation teams, partners... Depending on the topics, you may be required to travel to maintenance workshops, airlines, and at the occasion of customer meetings around the world. Our strengths:
