Industrialization Engineer

Responsible for increasing the industrial capability and maturity of the organization leading and assisting new operational methods required for the engine maintenance, various problem-solving and continuous improvement action for existing methods. Manage new industrialization projects through a multidisciplinary team ending with the put in place of a new operational method.

a) Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Aeronautical Engineering b) At least 3 years of Aviation Engineering experience, Technical Support Aircraft Maintenance and Repair Operations, in OEM or MRO environment c) Proficient in product support and trouble shooting procedures. d) Experience in OEM technical support, or related MRO operations/engineering e) Must be familiar with technical support environment, processes, and manuals used for aircraft maintenance. Working knowledge of the Aviation Airworthiness requirements like Part 145 is advantageous. f) Effective Project Management and interpersonal skills. g) Proficient with Microsoft software applications h) Working knowledge of the Aviation Airworthiness requirements like Part 145 is advantageous i) Sound knowledge of quality systems such as ISO9000 and AS9110 j) Excellent attitude, good team player, motivated, driven, committed, reliable. Take ownership of the projects k) Ability to multi task in a dynamic environment l) Excellent communications skills. Well versed in written and spoken English m) Able to think ahead, process data, make decisions and solve problems.
