What does the role look like? Our Digital Operations Graduate Programme offers hands-on experience within a fast-paced, collaborative digital environment. Based in Wolverhampton, you'll support a range of digital services and technology functions across the business — from data analytics and web development to system design and agile delivery. Throughout the programme, you'll rotate across key areas such as database management, data visualisation, and software tools, building a strong foundation in both technical and analytical skills. Working alongside experienced professionals, you'll help design, develop, and maintain digital solutions that drive smarter ways of working across Safran's operations. This role is ideal for graduates who are passionate about technology and eager to apply their creativity, curiosity, and problem-solving skills to real business challenges in aerospace and manufacturing.
