Based with the teams of Safran Cabin France in Colomiers (31), you work within the team intervening on the Airbus assembly line to ensure technical support on all products delivered by Safran Cabin for cabin fitting. Reporting directly to the Operational Leader OSS, you are in charge of the planning and organization of the required interventions on the aircraft for the treatment of non-conformities identified by the Client. You also ensure the first-level technical support of the operational teams. For each of the aircraft under your responsibility: - You ensure the first-level technical support of the operational teams, and pilot the resolution of problems and aircraft blockages to ensure the holding of the milestones. You are guarantor of a maximum residual load volume before each milestone. - You recover and analyze the list of non-conformities associated with each of the aircraft under your responsibility. - You justify the liability (responsibility) for each non-conformity noted by the Client; - You list the needs for documentation and replacement parts and place the associated orders with the logistics coordination team; - You write and transmit to the Client the requests for assistance prior to intervention; - You plan the interventions - You transmit the list of planned interventions for the day to the FAL support team; - You are the client's focal point and participate in the rituals organized by the Client and give visibility on the status of the folio by aircraft; you alert the Client on any emergencies and possible difficulties - You treat autonomously the Client's requests (NC, TLB, QLB) not requiring intervention on the aircraft. - You escalate to the Technical Coordination Team Manager any Client request for Commitment Letter and/or derogation. You establish the Commitment Letters and submit them to the Coordination Manager. - You are a force of proposal to make disappear the recurring problems you encounter. - You ensure a level of communication in the transmission of tasks to be carried out by the operational team allowing a good first-time completion, and ensure communication through the information system facilitating the immediate acceptance by the client of the points, and the purchases of the realized points. You participate in the daily team ritual to share relevant information regarding the preparation of interventions, interactions with the Client, any difficulties encountered. You are a force of proposal concerning the improvement of the organization of work.
The position requires good technical skills, discipline, rigor and autonomy, ability to work in a team. In direct interface with the Client, showcase of the Company on site, the Technical Coordinator must constantly demonstrate an impeccable appearance and behavior. Able to communicate in English, the Technical Coordinator must be able to provide an update point and explain to the Client the work done, if necessary. The position requires great flexibility and availability. The Technical Coordinator must be able to resist pressure, internal or external, and show calmness in all circumstances to ensure optimal communication. Discipline, organization, communication and method are essential qualities for the position.
