Job Title: Responsible for Quality Production
The role involves managing a team for suppliers of forged parts and material procedure 1, ensuring the following:
- Act as a hierarchical leader for a team of about ten collaborators
- Enforce quality rules among suppliers and promote improvement plans
- Challenge supplier RPO and causal analyses
- Plan and execute the annual audit schedule
- Drive progress through QFT and SMS projects
- Lead quality escape events in coordination with BE and customer quality
- Report sector performance to the department head
Requirements include strong interpersonal skills, teamwork experience, and technical knowledge in manufacturing methods. Experience in problem-solving methodologies and procurement/contractual aspects is a plus.
Regular travel to supplier locations is expected.
