Project Manager Applications Manufacturing And Support

Safran Helicopter Engines is looking for a Project Manager Applications Manufacturing and Support to support the digital transformation of support functions within the IT department, in the context of integrating standard solutions acquired from external publishers, often satellites of our SAP ERP. Your mission: To support and coordinate the deployment of applications by facilitating the realization of the roadmap defined by the business units. You will be a true partner for the operational teams, ensuring the alignment of projects with the company's strategic objectives. Your main responsibilities:

• Project Framing and Support: You accompany the business teams throughout the analysis and specification phase, facilitating workshops, helping to challenge and structure the approach
• Coordination and Consistency: You ensure the consistency of business requests with the initial objectives, and the good articulation of the different stakeholders: business, IT, solution publishers, integrators
• Monitoring and Management: You are responsible for the respect of milestones, budget, and quality of deliverables during the deployment and implementation phases
• Publisher Interface: You ensure the interface with solution publishers COTS to guarantee the integration, evolution, and performance of the deployed tools
• Support and Service Accompanying: You support the business in the handling, daily use, and resolution of functional incidents on deployed applications. You build the production environment with level 1 and 2 support in the project context. You ensure good communication with internal support teams and escalate to the publisher when level 3 (technical/software) issues are identified

Your main areas of intervention: The scope of intervention is the manufacturing applications and support functions (HR, Quality, etc.) in connection with the SAP ERP. Specifics of the position This position is for you if:

• You have solid experience in IT project management and deployment of COTS solutions.
• You are familiar with the SAP environment and its different modules without being a specialist and know how to pilot the coordination between multiple actors.
• You are recognized for your listening skills, leadership, and pedagogical sense.
