Manager – HR & Administration

The Manager – HR & Administration is responsible for overseeing the Human Resources and General Administration functions at the site. This multifaceted role is accountable for ensuring regulatory compliance, sustaining a safe and productive workplace, developing the workforce and managing administrative operations.

Human Resources

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.

• Implement HR policies, handle employee relations, grievance management, performance management, HR reporting and disciplinary processes.

• Manage learning & development programs and training needs analysis.

• Ensure alignment with labor laws, company values, and local/international HR standards.

Administration

• Supervise general administration, canteen, transport, housekeeping, and office supply management.

• Manage support staff and administrative budgets.

• Ensure efficient office operations and maintain vendor relationships.

• Responsible for statutory compliance related to administrative services.

Job Requirements

• Master's degree in HR.

• Around 15 years of progressive experience in HR, administration, and HSE at a manufacturing/industrial site or within large organizations.

• Working knowledge of relevant labor and safety laws.

• Proven leadership, organizational, communication, and crisis management skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS applications.
