Fluency in French and English is required.

Safran Aircraft Engines designs, develops, produces, and sells aircraft engines for both civil and military use, as well as engines for satellites. The company is part of the Division Support and Services, specifically the Data Services Factory, which focuses on data governance, implementation of data tools, and the development of AI products to support business activities. As an intern, you will participate in the development and support of AI products within an agile team to help advance AI within the organization. Your main tasks will include:

• Participating in the identification and analysis of user needs
• Contributing to the design, development, and deployment of AI solutions to address business challenges
• Maintaining operational conditions in collaboration with IT and business teams
• Communicating about developed tools
• Participating in technology scouting related to AI technologies

The ideal candidate will have experience in data model design and statistical analysis skills. Advanced proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI libraries such as scikit-learn and TensorFlow are required. Knowledge of generative AI solutions and image recognition is also necessary. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology and tools like Jira and Confluence is preferred. Strong client focus, time management, and communication skills are essential.

You are passionate about aviation and are currently pursuing an engineering degree with a focus on data science or artificial intelligence. You have strong programming and data analysis skills and are eager to develop your expertise in data science and AI. You enjoy engaging with others to gather requirements and are known for your curiosity, rigor, and responsiveness in working on cross-functional projects.
