Apprenticeship Support User It Technician

Actuation Systems is dedicated to training and supporting apprentices in their journey. Each year, we welcome many apprentices to our two sites (Saint-Ouen l'Aumône (95) and Saint-Marcel (27)). Our tutors are here to guide you and help you develop your skills in the company. What will be your mission? Ensure the handling and resolution of user incidents: ticket tracking, incident diagnostics, processing, escalation if necessary, resolution, and maintenance of the worklog for incident documentation (inform, specify, and explain incidents) Support the site users' requests towards the work environments (workstations, peripherals, connectivity): provision of equipment or software, deployment, and user handling, MAC management of telephony (Movement Add Change - Move Add Change). Diagnose and maintain the configuration of user equipment and work environments: installation and maintenance of User Accounts, monitoring the implementation of system updates on workstations Create and maintain documentation related to computer workstations and work environments: take over, general assistance, worklog

But also, ensure the deployment of workstations and peripherals for new entrants: assistance in handling, configuration of the work environment, dissemination of best practices Cybersecurity and Compliance (Cybersecurity & Compliance) Organize the management of equipment stocks DT of your site: monitoring the stock level, anticipation, and alert to your management in case of rupture, update of the ticket and stock system (assignments and users). What will be your daily activities? As an apprentice Technician Support User, your main activities will be the following: Administer incident processing Provide operational support to a user Assemble and configure a workstation or peripheral Deploy and maintain user workstations Handle connectivity problems of rooms and buildings on the site Administer telephony Use digital tools: Windows environment
