Our tutors are here to guide you and help you develop your skills in the company. What will be your mission? Ensure the handling and resolution of user incidents: ticket tracking, incident diagnostics, processing, escalation if necessary, resolution, and maintenance of the worklog for incident documentation (inform, specify, and explain incidents) Support the site users' requests towards the work environments (workstations, peripherals, connectivity): provision of equipment or software, deployment, and user handling, MAC management of telephony (Movement Add Change - Move Add Change). Diagnose and maintain the configuration of user equipment and work environments: installation and maintenance of User Accounts, monitoring the implementation of system updates on workstations Create and maintain documentation related to computer workstations and work environments: take over, general assistance, worklog

What will be your daily activities? As an apprentice Technician Support User, your main activities will be the following: Administer incident processing Provide operational support to a user Assemble and configure a workstation or peripheral Deploy and maintain user workstations Handle connectivity problems of rooms and buildings on the site Administer telephony Use digital tools: Windows environment
