After-Market Customer Support Services Manager (OAM/OEM/FH)

The Customer Support & Services Manager (CSSM) has the responsibility for customer relations – its missions are to:

  • Ensure the good execution of existing support contracts with the clients it has in charge and the good declination of the requirements described in them within the trades.
  • Negotiate and implement these support contracts or amendments to these contracts in the case of absence of contract, new applications, new products, new entries into service, etc.
  • Guarantee the satisfaction of the clients of its portfolio.
  • Pilot the profitability of the signed contracts.
  • For this, it has the responsibility of the following tasks for the clients of its portfolio:
    • Manage the contractual and commercial relationship with its clients.
    • Ensure the good execution of the contractual and commercial conditions.
    • Follow and analyze the profitability of its contracts.
    • Lead the contract reviews in order to deploy internally the contractual and financial conditions and analyze the associated financial risks.
    • Lead the periodic performance reviews with its clients.
    • Negotiate the complaints of its clients in the best interests of the company while maintaining customer satisfaction.
    • Pilot the profitability of its contracts and alert the support program managers in case of cost deviations.
    • Respond to calls for tenders.
    • Provide reliable forecasts of orders.
    • Share a precise understanding of the positioning of its clients within the aeronautical market.
  • The typology of clients whose CSSM OEM/OAM is responsible for can be:
    • Civil aircraft manufacturers (Original Aircraft Manufacturer – OAM)
    • Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)
    • Intra Group SAFRAN clients
  • They are all located in Europe.

Graduate from a commercial or engineering background, you have a first experience in customer service preferably in the aeronautical sector. You are recognized for your autonomy and your abilities of analysis, synthesis and restitution. Your dynamism, your reactivity and your ability to work in a team will be assets for your success. You master perfectly the English, written and spoken.
