Account Executive

SafeNow, a startup based in Munich, is on a mission to provide safety to every person on the planet, free of charge. We are developing an app that gives you immediate access to locally relevant helpers, whether they are your friends, family, or professional helpers.

We are a small team with a big heart, located in Munich, consisting of 28 people from 7 different nationalities. We are looking for a passionate new team member who loves to take on new challenges in a fast-paced startup environment. We are looking for experienced Account Executives to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and maintaining existing customer relationships. You should be able to conduct complex sales conversations, drive deals independently, and manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Develop sales strategies: Use your extensive B2B sales experience to effectively communicate the value of our SaaS and hardware product to potential customers
  • Product presentation: Conduct compelling product demonstrations to ensure that every customer experiences the full potential of our solutions
  • Sales process: As a high-performing closing expert, guide customers through the sales process with precision and competence until the successful contract is signed
  • Customer acquisition: Engage with potential customers across the country to understand their needs and show how our SafeNow software solutions align with their security and efficiency needs
  • Goal achievement: Contribute to the growth of SafeNow by reaching and exceeding sales targets, thereby directly contributing to the safety of your fellow human beings
  • Customer relationship: Maintain long-term relationships with customers, understand their individual requirements, and be their reliable point of contact.

Qualification

  • Experience in B2B sales: Several years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS sales environment or in the sale of other complex digital products as an Account Executive
  • Consulting skills: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals, with a strong understanding of the consultative sales process
  • Relationship management: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and build long-lasting relationships
  • Closing skills: Proven ability as a high-performing closing expert, skilled in conducting product presentations and successfully reaching contract signatures
  • Passion: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and team-oriented with a passion for safety
  • Very good German and English language skills: We value diversity and are a mixed team. Therefore, it is important that you are fluent in both German and English.
